Beauty cookies

These oatmeal lovelies are easy, scrummy, and usable as a face mask!

You need:
• 350g uncooked oatmeal
• 200g wholemeal flour
• 135g raisins
• 35ml semi-skimmed milk
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 1/2 tsp nutmeg
• 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pre-heat your oven to 220 C. Sieve the flour, cinnamon and nutmeg into a bowl. Then add the honey, eggs and milk. Stir until you have a smooth mixture, then mix in the oats and raisins. Chill the dough in the fridge for half an hour or so.

Then roll out and cut with cutters – try different shapes to funk them up. Pop onto a greased baking tray and bake for 12-15 mins. When they’re cool, share ‘em out!

For an added beauty boost, use the leftover oats from your lush oatmeal cookies to make a skin-saving face mask. Just mix the oatmeal with water until it forms a paste. Apply to your face, leave for ten minutes, then rinse off.
